About the event
Please Bring your pillows, blankets, and yoga mats. Bring whatever you need to feel the most comfortable.
Anahata Mousai is a trio of sound healers from the Antelope Valley. Members Jean Monte, Kristen Cramer, and Moriah Cain Gross banded together in 2017 to offer their unique brand of sound healing to people throughout Southern California.
Enjoy the gentle sounds of the crystal singing bowls and various other musical tools as they correct blockages and imbalances. We invite you to bring bottles of water to tune and charge, as well. Water holds the vibrational frequency and this can be used long after the sound bath to keep the chakras in tune. Learn more about Anahata Mousai vibewithmyheart.com
The Autumn Equinox is a meaningful time of year to honor the harvest. Whether that be a "real" harvest of the things planted in your garden or the harvest of efforts and intentions for your life path that you set earlier in the year. The changing seasons are key points in the cycle of life in nature, and within this cycle, many ancient cultures perceived a powerful deeper message for humanity. Indigenous cultures recognized earth-based wisdom and understood that the four focal points of the year: the Winter Solstice, Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, and Autumn Equinox; illuminated stages of an inner spiritual journey – a spiritual cycle that the individual takes within themselves.
Ticket to sound bath includes entry only.
